Terms of service

These terms cover this website and the WYEA platform, the software we build and operate for client organizations. Using either means you accept them.

Your organization's agreement comes first

The platform is provided only to organizations that have signed an agreement with WYEA. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement governs. People who use the platform do so on behalf of their organization, under that agreement.

Your content

Documents and information an organization brings to the platform, including anything read from a connected system such as SharePoint or Dropbox, belong to that organization. We process them only to run that organization's own system, on its instructions, as described in our privacy policy. We do not use them to train AI models, and we do not sell them.

Accounts and access

Access is granted by your organization. Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell your administrator or us promptly if you think someone else has used it. Your organization can remove access at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to break the law, to reach information your organization has not authorized you to see, to probe or disrupt the service, or to try to reach another organization's system.

Output needs a person's judgment

The platform helps people read and work with documents. Its output is a starting point for a qualified person's review, not professional advice, and it is your organization's responsibility to decide what to rely on.
