Treaty and facultative wordings, drafted from your own clause library

WYEA builds firm-owned document engines for specialty insurers, MGAs and program administrators, and for the reinsurers and intermediaries behind them. The engine knows your clause library and every treaty and facultative wording you have placed or written.

What the engine does

Work it takes off your team

Wordings get questioned years after they were placed. The engine answers with the wording as it read.

Draft from your clause library

Start a treaty wording from your own clauses and precedents. Suggested language is labeled until your team adopts it.

Compare renewals

Ask what changed in a treaty between two renewals, and get each changed clause from both versions with its source.

Answer for legacy business

Ask which open treaties carry a given exclusion or sunset clause, and get each one quoted from the wording in force.

Questions

What reinsurers ask first

Can it compare two versions of the same treaty?

Yes. Each answer points at the wording as it read on the day, so two renewals can be compared clause by clause, each quoted from its own version.

Can it read older scanned wordings?

Where a page has readable text, yes. Where a page is a scan with no readable text, it comes back to your team unanswered, and nothing is guessed.

Is our book mixed with anyone else's?

No. Each client runs in its own system, with its own database, network and sign-in. Nothing is retrieved across clients and nothing you put in trains a model.
