One deal, drafted on the paper of each entity you write through

WYEA builds firm-owned document engines for specialty insurers, MGAs and program administrators. For a carrier, the engine knows every wording issued on each entity's paper and every program agreement behind it, so a new deal starts from your own precedents.

What the engine does

Work it takes off your team

The engine answers across all of it with the source for every line, and drafts from your own precedents.

Draft on each entity's forms

The same deal can be drafted on the forms of each carrier entity or market you write through. Your house wording comes first wherever it covers the point.

Check a program against its agreement

Ask which issued policies sit outside a coverholder's authority, and get each one with the clause that sets the limit and the policy that exceeds it.

Keep the wording in force

A policy is read with the endorsements that amend it, so an answer reflects the wording in force on the day you ask.

Questions

What carriers ask first

Can it draft the same deal for two of our entities?

Yes. The same deal can be drafted on the forms of each carrier entity or market you write through. Each draft follows that entity's own forms and house rules, and stays a draft until a reviewer approves it.

Does it read our program business as well as our direct book?

Yes. Program wordings, binding authority agreements and the policies issued under them are read together, so a question about one program comes back with the agreement and the policies that answer it.

Does it bind or issue anything?

No. The engine finds, drafts and flags. Underwriting, binding and issuing stay with your people.
