Program forms across every carrier, re-papered from your own precedents

WYEA builds firm-owned document engines for specialty insurers, MGAs and program administrators. For an MGA, the engine knows every program form, every binding authority and every policy issued under them, across each carrier you write for.

What the engine does

Work it takes off your team

When capacity moves, the work is re-papering. The engine drafts it from what you have already written.

Re-paper when capacity moves

Draft a program's forms on the new carrier's paper from your existing wordings, with each change from the old forms shown and sourced.

Stay inside your authority

Ask which policies sit near or past a binding limit, and get each one with the clause that sets the limit.

Answer carrier questions with the source

When a carrier asks what was issued under a program, every line of the answer opens the document it came from.

Questions

What MGAs ask first

Can it work across more than one carrier's forms?

Yes. Each carrier's forms and binding authority agreement are read alongside your own program wordings, and a draft can be produced on the forms of each carrier you write for.

What happens to our documents if we change carriers?

Nothing moves. Your documents stay in your own document system, and what the engine has learned from them belongs to you. The terms for taking it with you are written into the agreement before the build starts.

Does it make underwriting decisions?

No. It finds, drafts and flags. Underwriting, referrals and binding stay with your people and your carriers' rules.
