Custom software · Orange County law firms

Take on more cases with the team you have.

WYEA builds custom software that lets Orange County law firms handle more matters without adding staff. Every citation is checked word-for-word against your source documents and either verified or flagged for attorney review.

Under NDA before we see a document · Your data never trains a model

What we build

Purpose-built for the work your firm does

Citations verified against the source, never invented

Your uploaded documents are the only source of truth. Exact match, or flagged.

First drafts in your firm's own pleading format

Upload what you were served; get a grounded review and a draft response in your templates, captions, and signature lines.

Workflow automation shaped to California litigation

Discovery tooling, deadline flagging, matter organization, and conflict-check prompts that match how your matters actually move.

Deployments your firm owns and controls

Cloud or on your own infrastructure, with tenant isolation, audit trails, and tamper-evident records engineered in from day one.

A working prototype on your real documents, in one week.

Software your attorneys can try on a live matter before you commit to anything larger.

How we work

White-glove, from first meeting to every update

  1. 01

    We sit with your attorneys

In your office, learning the practice firsthand.

  2. 02

    Prototype in one week

Built against your real documents, shaped by your team's feedback.

  3. 03

    Deployed your way

Cloud or on-premise, security engineered in from day one.

  4. 04

    Supported by the builders

The engineers who built it train your staff and answer the phone.

Confidentiality

Your clients' documents never train a model, and you can audit everything.

NDA before we see anything

Signed before the first document, yours or ours, whichever your firm prefers.

Isolated, firm-owned environment

Your data stays in your firm's own environment and is never used for training by us or anyone else.

Audit trails on every document

Tamper-evident records show exactly what happened, and when, to every document we touch.

Who we are

The engineers who build your system answer your calls.

WYEA is two principal engineers in Newport Beach, small by design. You work directly with the people building your software, and nothing is handed off.

Questions partners ask

The details, before you have to ask

Who will we actually work with?

Both of the firm's principal engineers, directly. Your questions go to the person who wrote the code, not into a support queue, so answers come back in minutes, and nothing is lost in relay. Meet the principals.

How do you handle privilege and confidentiality?

We sign an NDA before seeing a single document. Client materials live in your firm's isolated environment, are never used to train any model, and every access is logged in a tamper-evident audit trail you can inspect. On-premise deployment is available when a matter demands it.

What does an engagement cost?

Every engagement starts with a fixed-price one-week prototype, quoted before we begin. You'll never see an open-ended hourly bill for exploratory work. If the prototype earns it, we scope the full build the same way: fixed price, defined deliverables.

How is this different from Harvey, CoCounsel, or the other platforms?

Those are subscriptions to someone else's product; your firm adapts to them. We build one system around your documents, your local rules, and your workflow, and the engineers who built it answer your phone calls. For many firms the platforms are the right call; a first conversation will tell you honestly which you need.

What happens when a citation can't be verified?

It is flagged and held for attorney review, never asserted. A citation appears in output only when its exact quote is found in the source document. That rule is architectural, not a setting.

Do we own the software?

Your firm owns its data, its documents, and its deployment outright. Code ownership and licensing are set in the engagement agreement. We'll put the options in front of you before anything is built.
